Awarded and completed in 2011, the Floor installed was Epoxy Terrazzo which involved Floor Preparations (Grinding and Crack Repairs); Application of Epoxy Primer; Epoxy is mixed into Marble Chips and Aggregates and then troweled into the floor; 12 hrs later floor was ground to reveal the beauty of the Marble Chips and Aggregates; Debris was cleared and the floor was grouted which maintained the durability of the troweled floor; finally Top Coast(s) were applied as needed, to give that added sheen and gives ease of maintenance. All stages of the Floor System were done following strict Manufacturer’s Recommendations.
